Master LPN Is Not Same As Parent LPN In Shipping Transactions Form

Goal
Submitted more than 2 tasks in mobile telnet from the same delivery number. 1st item was put into the same system generated LPN (kept the FROM and TO LPN same) and same was done for the 2nd and 3rd task as well.
When went into shipping transaction form to check the details, it was observed that Parent LPN is reflecting differently for all the lines but the Master LPN is showing same for all the tasks and it is the LPN for the first line.
How does system decide which LPN to take as master LPN for such scenario?
