Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Tax Manager Responsibility
Navigate to Tax Configuration>Tax Recovery Rate
Click on Create with all details like * Tax Regime Code,Configuration Owner,Tax,ax Recovery Rate Code..
Assigned Tax recovery rate to Tax rate.
Getting this error:
