Performance issue while querying the transaction in Manual Transaction form.

Querying the transactions in Manual Transaction should be faster.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Financials for India > Transaction > Manual transactions.
2. Fill the criteria in Find form.
3. the form takes 3-4 minutes to show the result.
