Associated Activities In The Preventive Maintenance Schedule Definition Have No Time Stamp In The Record History (Doc ID 2950584.1)

When creating a new PM schedule, the creation_date and the last_update_date are both missing the time stamp in EAM_PM_ACTIVITIES table and EAM_PM_ACTIVITYGROUP_V view.

Expect the record history to show time component as well for the "who" dates.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Enterprise Asset Management resp.
2. [N] Preventive Maintenance > Schedule Definition (form)
3. Click New button.
4. Enter the required data and save.
5. Check the Record History for the Activity associated.
