Symptoms

When trying to transfer an item from an asset subinventory to a non-asset subinventory, the destination subinventory does not show up in the list of values.

Expected behavior

The destination subinventory should be displayed in the list of values.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to 'Inventory' Responsibility;
2. Query the Transactions > Subinventory Transfer forms;
3. Input item and asset subinventory then try to choose non-asset destination subinventory from the LOV of the 'To Subinv' field ;
4. Observe that non-asset destination subinventory does not show up in the LOV for the 'To Subinv' field .
