Customers Screen - Unable to Update the Existing Site Contact Details using Update Icon in Communication Tab (Doc ID 2950843.1)

Unable to update the existing Account Site Contact details using "Update" Icon in Communication tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation: Receivables Responsibility > Customers > Customers>
2. Query up a Customer > Go to Account > Go to Sites tab
3. Under Site, go to Communication tab
4. Click the Update Icon
Nothing happens. The same page is being refreshed.
