When the user is trying to submit an Expense Report is getting the following error message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the Internet Expenses responsibility
2. Create a new Expense report
3. Enter the mandatory fields
4. Click on Next
5. The error pops up when clicks on 'Submit' from the review page, and then 'OK' in the confirmation page which opens up.
