Goal

The Unit of Measure (UOM) for the 'Rate' input value for hourly earnings elements is currently is set to Number which has a decimal precision of 5. The element has been in use for some time and now the organization wants to change the UOM to Money, which has a decimal precision of 2.

Since the element has already been used, can the UOM for Rate be changed from Number to Money? If so, how is that done?
