Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Journal Entry
When attempting to Review a Journal from Journal Entry form and then clicking T Accounts button, the following error occurs:

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: KEY-EXIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
GL Superuser responsibility
Journals > Enter Journals > query to find journals > select a journal > click on Review Journal> Click on T Accounts
