FAH: Create Accounting Not Picking Eligible Events For Processing. ERROR: 95937 (Doc ID 2951065.1)

Symptoms

The Financials Accounting Hub (FAH)  has been configured. All the steps have been verified and validated. However, when running the Create Accounting concurrent request, it does not pick up any events for processing.  and shows a message about no events.
 

ERROR: 95937 There are either non-accountable events existing in the system or events which could not be processed because no data could be found on transaction objects.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Financial Accounting Hub responsibility created for your FAH implementation
2. Run the Create Accounting concurrent request.
3. Review the Subledger Accounting Program Report
