Approver has requested more information and after clicking edit requisition at the preparer level, an error is occurring

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In iProcurement, click Notifications subtab from Requisitions tab.
2. Select the notification.
3. Click Edit Requisition.
4. Encounter the error.
