Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Pick Release
When attempting to limit the values in Release Rule Form (WSHFRREL) LOV based on Operating unit,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"Cannot replace group; columns don't match LOV."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Applications
2. Navigate to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to Menu path > Shipping > Release Sales Orders > Launch Release Sales Orders form create a personalization to limit values in Release Rule Form (WSHFRREL) LOV based on Operating unit
4. Create personalization to limit the values in Release Rule Form (WSHFRREL) LOV based on Operating unit - when opening the LOV, see the error
