Adop Status Fails with Error "node_info.txt is not found" Post Clone (Doc ID 2951285.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Patch Application Issues

Adop does not work after a clone from production EBS system.

Unable to run adop -status after cloning from production instance . The error is that adop is looking for the node_info.txt file from the production system (PROD) instead of the node_info.txt for the cloned system (DEV).

> adop -status

ERROR
-----------------------

Node info file /<FMW_HOME>/Oracle_EBS-app1/applications/oacore/APP-INF/node_info.txt is not found.
adop: exiting with status 1 (Fail)


STEPS
-------

  1. Clone from Production
  2. Run adop -status
