Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run "Import HCM Cloud Reference File for Payroll Integration" to import HCM Cloud data, the following error occurs.

ERROR: Process :PER_RI_B_IMPORT_REFERENCE_DATA failed.
ERROR: Exception occured during Import the Fusion Extract
ERROR: Failed while inserting rows for entity :CrossReference
Caused by :ORA-00001: unique constraint (HR.PER_RI_B_XREF_ENTITIES_PK) violated

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.   "HCM Cloud Integration Administrator" Responsibility

2.    Use the Go to Task option to open Import HCM Cloud Reference Data page.
     
3.    Import HCM cloud data

4.    Log file shows Error
