Symptoms

Using CLM, when attempting to copy a Solicitation, the following error is shown:

Unexpected System Error


Please report the following error to the System Administrator for further analysis -
Message not found. Application: PON, Message Name: PO_API_ERROR. Tokens: PROC_CALLED = PO_DOC_NUMBERING_PKG.DEFAULT_DOC_NUMBER_UDA; PROC_CALLER = PON_NEGOTIATION_COPY_GRP.COPY_HEADER_BASIC;
BUSINESS IMPACT

STEPS
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Module - CLM Purchasing Super user responsibility
2. Click on Negotiations and enter the Solicitation number and click on search button
3. Click on copy icon
4. Click on apply button and the error message is shown
