STEPS
-------

  1. After applying R12.AD.C.Delta.9 and R12.TXK.C.Delta.9 RUP
  2. Running Adop phase =prepare

Changes

 Issue occurred after applying R12.AD.C.Delta.9 and R12.TXK.C.Delta.9 RUP
