Running 'RTI GB Update NI Category' to Update NI Category from 'H' to 'A' for an Apprentice after Turning 25, Completes in Status 'Warning' (Doc ID 2951724.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When running the 'RTI GB Update NI Category' process to update NI (National Insurance) Category from 'H' to 'A' for an apprentice after turning 25, it is observed that is completing in status 'Warning' and output shows the following 'Reason For Rejection':

ORA-20001: Invalid NI category. Category H is only applicable for employees under 25 years of age.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using UK HRMS Responsibility.
  2. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Run 'RTI GB Update NI Category' concurrent program.
  3. Observe the process which ends in 'Warning'.
  4. Click on 'View Output' and review the rejection reason.
