ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Process Termination Write-Offs Program incorrectly adjusting Cash-Basis Stream Invoice-Lines.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Using lease super user responsibility, use a termination template with the following configuration (template-type: request / request-type: Reclass).

For Termination Quote processing (Ex: termination - designation, where termination receivables both quote-receivables and Billed But Not Paid (BNP) Adjustment receivables will be written-off as part of the termination processing).

2) Termination-Quote is created for a contract with at least one open invoice with stream types (RENT (ACRL_WITH_RULE) and LATE FEE (CASH_WITHOUT_CONTINGENCY) which appear as BNP- RENT and BNP - LATE FEE on the Termination-Quote.

3) Approve and accept and finally termination will be processed using terminate expired contracts program.

3) Complete the termination billing to generate any termination quote-receivables.

4) Then submit concurrent program: Process Termination Write-offs.

5) Observe the invoice-lines are adjusted for LATE FEE - CASH_WITHOUT_CONTINGENCY, which are cash-basis Invoice-Lines. It should have adjusted only RENT - ACRL_WITH_RULE accrual-basis invoice-lines.
