LPN In Receiving But Context is 'Defined But Not Used' With No Contents

Symptoms
Find that an LPN is in Receiving but the context of the LPN is Defined But Not Used with no contents. When an LPN is in Receiving, it should be with a context of "Receiving" with associated material in the LPN Contents
Steps
1. Log on to Mobile Applications
2. Choose Whse Mgmt Responsibility
3. Navigate to Inquiry > LPN
4. Select the Organization Code and Enter the LPN
5. Click Find LPN
6. Notice that the LPN state is Defined but not used
6. Click on LPN Contents and LPN has no contents in it.
