'From' Column In The GLBATCH Notification Action History Shows 'Workflow System'

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
After creating a Journal Entry and submitting it for approval, when the next approver receives the notification to approve,
the approver sees the 'From' field in the Action History section as "Workflow System" instead of the actual user display name.
This only happens for one user. For all the other users, the correct display name is shown in the notification.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Expect to see actual user display name in the 'From' field instead of "Workflow System"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a journal and submit it for Approval
2. In the notification received by the approver, notice the 'From' field in the Action History section shows as 'Workflow System'.
