Interface Trip Stop Fails with Error - "Validating transaction type 1 failed", For Return To Vendor Transactions (Doc ID 2951979.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
The shipping integration for return to vendor transactions is not relieving inventory

Interface trip stop is failing with the below ERROR

Replication Steps
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Navigation) Purchasing -> Receiving -> Returns -> Create a new Return to vendor transaction without a purchase order. A return order is created.
3. Navigation) Order Management -> Shipping Transactions -> Query for the Return order and Create delivery
4. Perform the ship confirm.
5. Interface Trip stop concurrent program is launched and program completes in the above Error.
