Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
-----------------------

Observed that, when an Appraisee is Terminated and then rehired (with in the same appraisal period) and re-enrolled into the same appraisal plan then, Two appraisal records (One of the previous term of employment and other of current rehire tenure) getting displayed. Application allows to update both appraisals as well.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "HR Professional V4.0" Responsibility (Plan Admin).

2. Navigate to function "Performance Management".

3. In the launched page, create a new plan and publish the same. Employees currently active in the application gets enrolled into the plan with their Appraisal Scorecards created.

4. Now get one of the employee terminated from the application and rehire the same person once again within the Appraisal period.

5. Now as plan admin, re-enroll the rehired employee using the current active assignment into the plan using the "Enroll Worker" plan admin task.

6. Now login as the re-enrolled Appraisee (Employee) into the application.

7. Navigate to Employee Self Service --> Performance Management.

8. In the launched page, against the current active plan, open the task "Manage Appraisal".

9. In the launched page, observe that, two appraisal records (One of the previous term of employment and other of current rehire tenure) getting displayed. Application allows to update both appraisals as well.

10. Expecting only the appraisal against the current active rehired assignment alone should be displayed and only that should be updated able.
