Symptoms
When attempting to do supplier punchout, the following error occurs.

The connection to the supplier website cannot be established.
Error Code: 204 Server Side Errors
Unable to send the Login Request XML
HTTP Response 503 Service Unavailable

1.Log into the application and navigate to Responsibility: iProcurement
2. Navigate to shop
3. Select the Supplier
4. Error The connection to the supplier website cannot be established
5. Reviewing the error details
