Symptoms

When running PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts process, get the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
MSG-00001: Concurrent request id is 346756521
MSG-00001: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
MSG-00001: Exception was generated by Accumulation API
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login Projects responsibility
2. Run PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts
3. Log file failed with error
