Unable to create Offer Adjustment with Same CCR/Context-attribute and different beneficiary.

User is able to create New offer where in Market Eligibility page, choosing same CCR with different Beneficiaries
But unable to create an adjustment with similar kind of Market Eligibility details like same CCR with different beneficiaries

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management > Trade Planning > Offers
2. Create offer adjustment, where grouping is not allowing to have same Market Eligibility in 2 groupings.
3. Error on offer adjustment when saved.
