Symptoms

When trying to open the list of values (LOV) without any criteria for the Payroll Run parameter in the Rollback Run concurrent request, the LOV is giving an error after running for some time, and no values are displayed. However, if the user searches the LOV by entering a partial value, it is showing the values in LOV.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Using Global HRMS Manager responsibility:
1. (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > search for Rollback Run program
2. In the Payroll Run parameter, do an open search without entering any search criteria
