Field Service: Performance Issue On Opening Debrief Page from Service Request Form After Upgrade To 12.2.9

Symptoms
After the EBS upgrade 12.1.3 to 12.2.9, several users have reported performance issues on the Debrief page which is opened from the SR form. When the users click on the Debrief button on the SR form, it takes around 1 min to 2 mins to open the page. This happens for most of the SRs and particularly those which have multiple Tasks.
STEPS

1. Login to Oracle apps
2. R) Field Service manager -> Create Service Request -> Create Task and assign to technician -> Click Debrief button. This will launch the debrief web page.
3. Note, that it is taking around 1-2 mins to open this page. This happens for most of the SRs and particularly those which have multiple Tasks.
