ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Additional work request descriptions are not copied to work order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see all work request descriptions copied to the work order.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Work request xxxxx created by Planner A and saved
2. Work request updated with text. Again the Save and Apply are used.
3. When the work order is viewed, it can be seen that Step1 text is displayed in the description / additional description fields. All other work request text is missing.
