Resource LOV Not Working In Mobile Maintenance App

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Resource LOV in the filter section is not working as expected when using the following navigation:
Supervisor Overview -> Instances Not Assigned -> Open filter and select Department -> Resource field gets visible -> Click on Resource to view the resource list
In the above navigation when users are trying to load the resource list, then the list is not loading on a single click. Sometimes it is getting loaded after 4 , 5 clicks and sometimes showing no result found message.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Resource LOV in the filter section should work as expected.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Maintenance Application and open the menu from top left corner.
2. Select Supervisor Overview
3. Select ‘Instance Not Assigned’ from the list
4. The list of Work Orders will come on screen, In the top right corner an arrow sign is visible
5. Click on the arrow and select the filter option
6. Select the Department and then the Resource field will be visible on screen
7. Click on the Resource option to load the Resource list. But the resource list is not loading
