PAXICRBE: Cannot End Date New Billing Extension (Doc ID 2952876.1)

Symptoms

A new Billing Extensions was created but needs to be end-dated.
The business does not want this new extension to be selected from the value list when setting up Billing Extensions on a project.
When attempting to end date the extension the following errors are encountered.

Value Cost Accrual for the flexfield segment Cost Accrual Dr does not exist in the value set Cost_accrual_dr_entry.
Value Cost WIP for the flexfield segment WIP Entry does not exist in the value set Cost_Accrual_WIP_Entry.
Value Cost WIP for the flexfield segment WIP Entry does not exist in the value set Cost_Accrual_WIP_Entry.
Value Cost Accrual Contra for the flexfield segment Cost Accrual Cr does not exist in the value set Cost_Accrual_Cr_entry.
Value Cost WIP for the flexfield segment WIP Entry does not exist in the value set Cost_Accrual_WIP_Entry.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into a Projects responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup > Billing > Extensions
3. Press F11
4. Enter name of Billing Extension
5. Press Ctrl-F11
6. Enter End Date on billing extension
7. Encounter error.
