Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CLE: VAT Register(CZ) output does not displays Tax Date (Duzp) of Supplier Invoice.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to display the Tax Date (Duzp) on the report.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Oracle Czech Payables Responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Run CLE: VAT Register(CZ) Effective From 01.01.2013.
4. Notice the missing values from the Tax Date (Duzp) of the report output.
