Interface Trip stop program is having slow performance

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Interface Trip stop shouldn't take longer time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Shipping > Interfaces > Run
  or
  Navigate to: Shipping > Transactions-> Submit ITS (Interface Trip Stop)
3. Notice the program is longer time to complete.
