Symptoms

The Transaction Exception Summary report for a particular period shows Invoicing Exceptions in its output:

Invoicing Exceptions:     The new invoice line is not interfaced to Oracle Projects
Corrective Action:     Please run the PRC: Interface Supplier Costs concurrent program

Run the 'PRC: Interface Supplier Costs' program as indicated, this triggers the 'AUD: Supplier Cost Interface Audit' report which also shows an exception in its output:

'Expenditure Type Inactive'.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Projects Costing responsibility > View > Requests > Submit a new request
2. Run any of the concurrent programs:
PAXEXCPD module: EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period
PAXEXGLS module: EXC: Transaction Exception Summary by GL Period
PAXEXCPS module: EXC: Transaction Exception Summary by PA Period
3. See the output, which is Transaction Exception Summary, indicating Invoicing Exceptions
4. Check the 'Corrective Action' area in this output, acknowledge the requirement: 'Please run the PRC: Interface Supplier Costs concurrent program'
5. Under the same responsibility and path, run PRC: Interface Supplier Costs concurrent program
6. This program triggers the 'AUD: Supplier Cost Interface Audit' concurrent program
7.  See the Supplier Cost Interface Audit output shows exception 'Expenditure Type Inactive'
