Symptoms

When attempting to create a project using template, the following error occurs -:

"You cannot create a project from a project or template that is associated with the organization forecasting project type".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Projects Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Projects screen.
3. Query the template and open it.
4. Create a project with the template
5. Click on create.
6. Check the error.
