Symptoms
When trying to open a Workflow notification, following error appears
ERROR
Attribute HR_NTF_EMBEDDED_REGION with value JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=-&HR_EMBEDDED_REGION-&NtfId=-&#NID- refers invalid framework URL.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to "Workflow Administrator Web Applications" responsibility.
2. Navigate to Administrator Workflow -> Status Monitor.
3. Query for a Transaction.
4. Click on the Activity History.
5. Click on the Notification.
6. Encounter the above error.
PLEASE NOTE: The same error can be observed when the notification is opened from Worklist too.
