Symptoms
After the upgrade, the customer is seeing the stuck transactions in IB interface.
The following error seems to be raised from OKS API oks_extwarprgm_pvt.create_contract_ibnew.
Error
OKC_CONTRACTS_REQUIRED_VALUE (COL_NAME=Bill to id is not Valid) Instance validation failed
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book an Order with Item having Warranty BOM association
2. Ship the product
3. Expect Warranty to be created based on BOM association.
