Symptoms

Period LOV in the "Create Payment Batch" page does not have any values while trying to create a payment batch on the last day of the compensation period.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with OIC User responsibility on last day of the period
2. Navigation: Click on Payment - Create Payment Batch
