R12: OIE: Exchange Rates Tab Page Errors in the Internet Expense Setup Page When Many OUs Are Selected (Doc ID 2953402.1)

When attempting to see the Policy -> Exchange Rates tab in the Internet Expenses Setup and Administration responsibility after adding more OUs in the Context tab,
the following error occurs:

Error: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

Exception Details.
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: This request was not processed as the request URL /OA_HTML/OA.jsp?region=/oracle/apps/fnd/framework/webui/ExportToPDFPopupRN&bypassPageCounterIncr=Y&isPopupRegion=Y&popupLevel=0&popupId=exportTableToPDFPopup_Exchange Rate Summary Table&retainAM=Y&baseAppMod=oracle.apps.ap.oie.policy.exchangeRate.server.ExchangeRateSummaryAM&baseRegionCode=OIE_POL_EXRATE_SUMMARY_PAGE&baseRegionApplId=0&amUsageMode=6&disableRequireJS=Y&tableName=N3&tableUINodeName=Exchange Rate Summary Table&tableID=Exchange___Rate___Summary___Table&tableText=This%20table%20summarizes%20the%20exchange%20rate%20behaviour%20for%20cash%20and%20other%20expenses%20for%20available%20operating%20units.&_ti=1818421129 contained potentially illegal or un-encoded characters. The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select responsibility ‘Internet Expenses Setup and Administration’
2. Choose ‘Internet Expenses Setup: Context’ – only one Operating Unit selected
3. Choose ‘Policy: Exchange Rate’. Information about defined exchange rate behavior is visible
4. Choose ‘Context’ and add more Operating Units
5. Choose ‘Policy: Exchange Rate’ – error message is received
