Symptoms
While trying to open the Argentina localization form JLARRDOL, the following error occurs.

FRM:40031: File/florad4ap/12.2/fs2/EBSapps/appl/jl/12.0.0/forms/US/JLARRDOL.fmx is not a forms Runtime file
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Argentina Localizations Responsibility.
2. Setup > Document Numbering.
3. VAT Document Letter Assignment.
4. Notice the given error occurs.
