Unable To Unpack Child LPN From Parent LPN In Picked State, Error: No Result Found (Doc ID 2953615.1)

Symptoms

Unable to unpack child license plate number (LPN) from parent LPN in picked state.
The child LPN does not get validated on the Unpack screen.
The unpack screen gives a message on the page, No Result Found. 

Related List of values (LOV) logic: WMS_LPN_LOVS.GET_PKUPK_LPN_LOV

Error
No Result Found

Also found errors in the log file when enabled MSCA Logging per Note 338291.1. Errors mention validation failed.

 Steps

1. Navigate to Warehouse Management (Mobile Responsibility) > License Plate > Unpack
2. Enter child license plate.
3. The error appears on the screen.

Changes

Issue occurs on r12.2.11. Occurs after upgrading from r12.2.8 to R12.2.11. No issue in 12.2.8 instance.
