XLAPEXRPT: Subledger Period Close Exception Report Shows Unprocessed Accounting On Miscellaneous Expenditures (Doc ID 2953663.1)

Symptoms

The Subledger Period Close Exception Report shows an exception for some miscellaneous expenditure transactions.

The status of these transactions show as 'Unprocessed'

When PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs and PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events do not find eligible transactions.

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Other > Requests > Run
  3. Submit Subledger Period Close Exception Report
  4. Review output and observe Miscellaneous transactions listed with the status = 'Unprocessed'
  5. Submit PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs
  6. Review output and note no transactions are processed and no exceptions are reported
  7. Submit PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events
  8. Review output and note no transactions are processed and no exceptions are reported.
