System is taking long time to save the invoice distributions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Task to save invoice distributions should be completed in less time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Payables Responsibility.
2. Create an invoice with item line.
3. Populate the account information on to the distributions.
4. Try to save the distributions and observe the system is long time.
