Help With Spinoff ISetup Issue (Doc ID 2954666.1)

Symptoms

copy a new org from Isetup. The request gets failed
during  Inventory Parameters load and customer is getting the below error.
Can you please check and let us know in case you need any further logs or any
information for further investigation.
