Error in creating contact for a Specific Supplier
When attempting to create a supplier user, the following error occurs:

Failed to create contact user account: null
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Supplier User Management responsibility.
2. Search for a particular supplier.
3. From the Update : Organization page, click on the Contact Directory link.
4. From the Update : Contact Directory page, click on the Create button.
5. From the Create Contact page, enter the first name, last name, and email address.
6. Check the 'Create User Account for this Contact' and the 'iSupplier Portal Full Access' checkboxes.
7. Click on the Apply button. The following error message is displayed:
Failed to create contact user account: null
