Symptoms
When attempting to enter an expense report by clicking on Expense home page,
following error occurred:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Internet Expenses Responsibility
2. Internet Expenses --> Expenses --> Expenses Home
3. When Clicking On Expenses Home page observed the
error message
