On : 12.2.10 version, Work Execution

Mass Manage Work Order Is Not Updating Work Order Status From Complete To Complete No Charges,

following error occurs in the concurrent program 'EAMWOMM: Work Orders Mass Management - Status Update' log file

Mass update status to : Complete - No Charges
1 . Cannot perform Complete/Uncomplete operation. The work order (xxxx) status must be Released,Completed, or Completed - No Charges 2 . Cannot complete work order (xxxx) as error has occurred while checking work order completion required attributes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.Login to Maintenance Super User responsibiltiy
2.Work Orders > All > Search for Work Orders in Complete status > Select Work Orders > Click Mass Manage Work Order.
3.Update Work Order Status to Complete No Charges > Select Work Orders > Click Submit >
4.View concurrent program Work Order Mass Management Completed with Warning > Click Details icon on requests > Click View Log to see above error message
