UK: Results for Custom P11D Extract Definition Are Generated in Wrong Output Directory in Cloned Instance After Running Extract Process Concurrent Program (Doc ID 2954930.1)

Symptoms

After cloning a particular instance, when running 'Extract Process' concurrent program for a custom extract definition of seeded extract 'PAY GB P11D Car Extract'- the extract results file(s) are not in the Output Directory path of the clone instance. The results are wrongly generated in the directory path of the instance that was cloned.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Go into responsibility: UK HRMS Manager or equivalent.
   2. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Definition > Query for 'PAY GB P11D Car Extract' Extract Name.
   3. Enter 'XX' in the 'New Extract Prefix' field and hit 'Copy Extract' button > Yes > A message that this extract was created is displayed.
   4. Query for this new extract definition > Take note of the Output Directory path.

   5. Take a clone of this instance.
   6. In the cloned instance, go into responsibility: UK HRMS Manager or equivalent.
   7. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'Extract Process' for the custom extract definition created above.
   8. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > System Extract > Extract Results > query for the above results > Observe the Output Directory value.
   9. Observe that extract results file(s) are not in the Output Directory path of the clone instance, but instead are generated in the directory path of the instance that was cloned.

Changes

 Upgrade database to Oracle Database 19c.
