Deletion of Reversal in Primary Ledger Displays Irrelevant Message Regarding Non Existent Secondary Ledger

Symptoms
When deleting a reversal journal from the primary ledger, a warning message displays even though there are no secondary ledgers assigned to the primary ledger.
"This action will delete the reversal journal in the secondary ledgers as well, if it is not posted. If the corresponding journal in the secondary ledgers is manually reversed or already posted then it will not be deleted."
To reproduce the issue:
1. Log into General Ledger.
2. Go to Journals Enter screen and query the reversal to be deleted.
3. Click on the Red X.
4. Error message displays
