Symptoms
When trying to click on Table Diagnostics, following error appears

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to "Employee Self-Service" responsibility.
2. Navigate to My Information -> Salary tab.
3. Observe that there are two Table Diagnostics button.
4. Upon clicking them, encounter the above error.
5. This issue has been observed post System Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
