Symptoms

In General Ledger module, attempt to drilldown from a journal's line to any subledger triggers an error to be displayed on the framework page opened.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. General Ledger responsibility > Journals > Enter > Find
2. Identify a subledger journal and open it
3. Click on any journal line > Drilldown
4. Get the error on the page that opens in the process
5. Use the link under "Click here for exception details" to see the java errors too

Changes

 Applications upgrade to 12.2 and Database upgrade may determine the occurrence of this issue.
